I believe that when a person looks good, they feel good. That statement is definitely true with me. I love it when an outfit I have chosen looks great; this puts me in a great mood. I also enjoy the compliments that come from a well chosen outfit. Who doesn’t love a nice compliment?
I can remember outfits, or parts of outfits from many years ago that I have loved. A jacket, dress, pair of jeans that I wear until I no longer can. Some of my favorite dresses include a black and white BCBG sleeveless, a black button up sleeveless, and a flowered dress from Banana Republic. A dress is my go to outfit starter. Adding different shoes, sweater, jacket, jewelry can then change the look. I have purchased dresses from many different retailers. You can buy casual cute at Ann Taylor Loft, TJ Maxx, H & M and then dress up the outfit with some fun jewelry like a cocktail ring or a statement necklace. For fancier dresses I go to Lord and Taylor or Nordstrom.
